OVERVIEW :
Qualifications include MCP with Win98 and
three
NT Certifications.
Network support experience and
heavy End-User/Client/Applications support.
Experience in
mixed NetWare-NDS/NT Domain environments,
and Win2K Professional.
Experience in Win2K Server as well.
In addition, I strive to provide Satisfaction to
owners, managers, and users, through personalized assistance and support.
I give extra support where needed, answer questions at
the level of the individual.
Use "real world" examples, "illuminate the darkness". 
Provide solutions that improve confidence,
boost morale, and facilitate smooth and productive business
operations.
Past volunteer position for computer training for Salvation
Army residents, and others.
Require continued opportunities to grow my computer
skills, networking, etc.
Interested as well in Programming as an option, with
minimal experience in Visual Basic 3.0.
